The 3,300 square foot clubhouse includes exercise rooms, sitting rooms, a game room, restrooms, a warming kitchen, and direct access to the community pool. Timber framing and stone accents define both the exterior and interior, reflecting the mountain setting. Reedy & Sykes evaluated the site to optimize placement and views toward Grandfather Mountain while working closely with the development team to define program needs.
