Reedy & Sykes partnered with the State of Tennessee to renovate and expand Campground B and the adjacent marina facilities at Warriors Path State Park. The project focused on modernizing infrastructure, improving accessibility, and enhancing the visitor experience while respecting the park’s natural setting.
Improvements to the campground included new utility systems providing 50/30/20-amp electrical service, water hydrants, and sewer connections at each campsite. All campsites, parking areas, and primary roadways were resurfaced, and retaining walls were constructed to improve circulation and durability.
The marina scope included demolition of the existing 2,500-square-foot facility and construction of a new 4,300-square-foot marina building overlooking the lake. The new building features a commercial kitchen and upgraded support spaces to better serve visitors. Additional site upgrades included parking lot repaving, new lighting, and approximately 450 linear feet of wood boardwalk with cable handrails. Dock improvements replaced aging structures with new covered private boat slips and a rental dock for kayaks, canoes, and paddleboats.
This comprehensive renovation modernized the infrastructure, expanded accessibility, and created visitor-focused facilities designed to serve the park for years to come.
