Select Seven

Reedy & Sykes and Preston Construction partnered with the Select Seven group to deliver the bank’s first stand alone building through a collaborative design-build approach. The project creates a dedicated home for customers while establishing a modern architectural identity to guide future development.

Situated on a narrow site, the project required thoughtful planning of site grading, vehicular circulation, parking, and accessible building entry. The building features a dramatic two-story lobby, three office spaces, restrooms, a break room, and utility areas, combining functionality with a welcoming customer experience.

The bank’s bold brand colors guided the architectural and interior design, creating a distinctive, contemporary aesthetic that reflects its identity. More than a new facility, the building marks an important milestone in the bank’s growth and establishes a design vision for future locations.
