Reedy & Sykes works closely with clients to fully develop the design and prepare comprehensive construction documents. Once complete, the project goes out for competitive bidding, allowing multiple contractors to provide pricing based on the same detailed drawings. After a contractor is selected, construction begins with continued support from our team through coordination and construction administration. This approach provides transparency, competitive pricing, and a clearly defined scope—a trusted structure for clients who value thorough documentation and market-driven costs.
