This project marked the first modern branch for the Bank of Tennessee in the area, designed to serve both customers and the surrounding community.
The building features a spacious main lobby with a central teller area, private offices, and glass-partitioned conference rooms. A flexible community room connects to an atrium space for outdoor events. Drive-thru and ITM facilities were designed to improve traffic flow, while landscaping incorporates native plantings and pedestrian connections. Clean glass facades and ACM panels are balanced with brick to create an inviting yet professional presence.
The project received the AGC 2017 Project of the Year award, First Place Division II.
This contemporary branch balances transparency and warmth, setting a new standard for the bank’s local presence.
