Reedy & Sykes provided architectural services for a new wellness center serving the Milligan College campus.
The facility includes exercise rooms, aerobics and spinning studios, a nurse station, ADA-compliant restrooms, offices, and a student lounge. Sustainable strategies emphasize natural daylight, energy-efficient plumbing and fixtures, and dedicated recycling spaces. The project was recognized by the Associated General Contractors as Project of the Year and received multiple awards for excellence and sustainability.
