Shelbridge – Historical Residence

Exterior improvements included new brick retaining walls at the pool, an expanded driveway with an adjacent retaining wall, and a complete roof replacement to improve site function and durability.

Interior renovations focused on both comfort and clarity. Three bathrooms were fully rebuilt with updated finishes, while the kitchen was transformed by raising the roof and ceiling to introduce natural light and create a more open gathering space. Fresh paint was applied throughout the home, with new wallcovering added to the entry stairway to highlight architectural character.

Structural improvements in the garage included removal of a support post and installation of a steel beam to improve vehicle access. Additional work addressed asbestos abatement, flooring repairs, and replacement of all HVAC systems with five new units to improve efficiency and comfort.
